Please read the following notes carefully before completing the application forms. They are designed to help you apply for the Internship in China Program.

1. The 2008 Internship in China Program will be held in China from Mar. 2008 to Sept. 2008, and the time for internship can be 1-6 months (optional). The deadline for applications is three months before internship.

2.Your application for the 2008 Internship in China Program will be assessed on the basis of the information you provide on this form. Please provide as much information as necessary on your application materials so as we can deal with your application as soon as possible.

3. The application fee for Internship in China program is 800RMB. The application fee must be submitted with other application materials together, or we are unable to deal with your application promptly without the application fee. The application letter is accepted by fax or direct mail, together with the payment invoice of the application fee. We will give you a formal reply within 45 work days after we get your application letter.

4. Applicants can mail all the application materials to us according to the following address before the deadline.

After you receive the invitation letter of Internship in China program, you can apply for the visa to China by yourself at the local China embassy.

All application materials, including application fee, will not be returned.

Note: All applicants should also submit the following documents.
1．Application form of Internship in China Program
2．The Policies and Regulations Contract that you sign for the Internship in China Program
3．“Certificate of Schooling” offered by the school of the applicant
4．“Health Certificate” of your recent health situation
5． A copy of your passport(including a page of your signature)
7．Two passport photos.
